STREET LIFTING MONSTER

Before getting into the program make sure you can perform following requirements: pull up with 40 kg for 1 rep, parallel bar dip 60 kg for 1 rep.
Duration of the program is 8 weeks. The goal is to increase explosive power in pull ups and dips with extra weight, we will also train legs! You can’t gain a real strength without training your lower body.
There is no way you won’t gain strength and mass! You will have an access to a nutrition guide and you will create a meal plan based on that guide.
We have created a private Telegram chat for experience exchange between all participants, you can freely ask questions and get the answers directly from the course’s author.
