WORKOUT LEVEL 3 – BEAST
Before getting into the program, make sure you are capable of doing following requirements:
Pull Ups: 25 reps (and still have energy for 5-6 reps)
Parallel Bar Dips: 30 reps (and still have energy for 5-6 reps)
Parallel Bars L Sit Hold: 10 sec
Squats: 40 reps
You are going to pump your muscles with extra weights in 8 weeks period, you will improve your elements quality, increase the strength endurance and become a real beast!
You will gain mass up to 5 kilos, increase strength by 30% and the elements will feel so easy!
