Transformation At Home
Make sure you can complete the following requirements:
Push Ups – – from 10 to 15 reps
Squats – from 10 to 30 reps
If you don’t have the opportunity to workout at the gym or at the park because of freezing cold outside or any other obstacles, you can train at home by using my special program for home training. You won’t need that much of equipment, just the dumbbells 4-10 kg each!
